The Suzuki Katana GSX1100S (1981-1986) with its angular,Stickman Hook futuristic design (thanks Target Design) combined with 111 horsepower is a middle finger to convention. This is a classic that still attracts attention. For future riders, they will feel the boldness of the 80s a bike that looks like it belongs in a sci-fi movie but rides like a beast. It's pure personality. Save the silver with the pop-up headlights intact. Let them ride it and imagine they're in a sci-fi movie.

The Honda CB750, Harley FXR, and Yamaha R1 are must-save icons for future riders. Each represents a key era in motorcycle innovation and riding culture.

That's a great question — preserving iconic motorcycles is like keeping history alive for future generations to enjoy and learn from. Here are a few models I’d love to see saved:

Harley-Davidson FXR – Known for its performance and cult following, it’s a perfect blend of classic Harley style with solid handling.

Honda CB750 – This bike literally changed the game in the 70s. A must-keep for what it did to shape modern motorcycling.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R – An underrated 90s sportbike legend with track pedigree and aggressive looks.

Yamaha RZ350 – A two-stroke street bike with raw power and character. It’s rare and deserves a comeback!

Indian Scout (original) – A piece of American heritage with beautiful lines and rich racing history.

Future riders should get the chance to feel the soul of these machines—not just read about them. Would love to hear what bikes others would add to this list!
