efi open loop

hi ,i got a question that i cant find answer.first im old to evo and shovels.so now i got this 06 fatboy efi and it has no 02 sensors and it runs just fine,maybe a little lean.i want to keep and ride it as is..to tune do i just flash the ecm.i want to tune it to its best the way it sits.this is where im confuzzed. no 02 sensors
