Posting Pics

I tried posting pics with the insert image icon but it didn't work. I used to have no problem doing this on another forum using the same interface. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to use something like Imgur?

There will be times when the forum lets you post pictures.

You mean this picture icon with the photo at the top of the text body?

If so, then all you need to do is put the URL within the code brackets (* was added to break the code so you can see it), ie:

photo I want to post: https://www.totalmotorcycle.com/wp-cont ... -Main2.gif

[*img] [/img]

thus:

[*img]https://www.totalmotorcycle.com/wp-cont ... -Main2.gif[/img]

which is this:




Not ALL website will allow "hotlinking" of their images, so sometimes it won't work and that could be the issue even if you do everything right.
