How to remove the radiator cover - 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit

I need to know how to remove the radiator cover on a 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit 750C2 and replace the black with a chrome cover?

Don't have any experience with that one directly, but I'd guess it either pops off of some rubber grommets or it has a few small screws that are just hard to find. Probably 4 or 6mm Allens. Check around the top, if not then does it move with a kind of elasticity to it? If so it's probably the grommets. Pull...
