2006 WSBK at Assen...

just watched it from a PVR recording today.

WOW! it was the 1st race i saw in heavy rain.

im so impressed by chris walker. he came from the last 26th and won the race. it's amazing how much control walker had in that race.

all the championship leaders went down. bayliss, haga, toseland, and corser and many others went down. i think there were only 14 who finished the race.

chris walker was born less than three miles from where i live.i been following his career for years.given the right bike hes awesome.hes suffered some real bad luck over the years.suffered from bells palsey for a while.but hes a great racer.xjrjohn

yeah... i heard something from the commentators how he had a string of bad luck.
