Farmville/Facebook
Does anyone play Farmville?
I'm a certified addict. It's really helped me get through the last month here after the tsunami and earthquake.
that's my excuse. I think my boyfriend doesn't really like me playing this game but I find it therapeutic and can't give it up!
If anyone plays would love to play with you, Im level 82 = *dangerously addicted..........
If you don't play never mind! Share instead what game you do play or what you do to get rid of stress other than biking which of course is the #1 TOP best way

Re: Farmville/Facebook
I am a huge socialite but somehow am not addicted to facebook.
I read an article in Canadian Business magazine recently that said that the company that makes online games for facebook, including farmville, (called Zynga) is now worth $5.5 billion CDN.

Wow! I know! I heard something like that too . Zynga makes lot of games, and they are very player friendly which stops people getting frustrated and moving on to another game. For example if some aspect of the game is not working or could be improved you can mail them and they actually mail back and adjust the game..they have constant feedback questions and update according to popular requests all the time. It makes playing much more enjoyable .

Re: Farmville/Facebook
Amazingly enough, Zynga is worth more than a real company (that makes real stuff) vs virtual stuff...
I try to get on Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, YouTube and LinkedIn when I can but man, I'm a busy guy! haha.

Wow, I didn't realise they were so customer focused! I guess that's what keeps them rolling. But for them to be worth so much money (and as Mike said, worth so much more than real stuff!), I still don't get it........

Red Dead Redemption, Portal 2, and in a week or so L.A.Noire.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Re: Farmville/Facebook
Zynga is a company I'm very familiar with. They originated as a spyware packaged flash game website, eventually using their profits to purchase legitimate game businesses and dropping their evil ways.
All the anti-spyware programs would remove their packaged software just a few years ago. I haven't seen it show up for a while, but it was once quite common. I speak from repairing thousands of PC's over the last 4 years.
