Iron 883 VS Vulcan ???
I have been riding GS 1200 for the past 5 years and now I decided to add a cruiser in my garage, for that, I was looking for Vulcan 900 and the Harley 883 Iron but not sure which one would be better for me. I have not ridden any other cruiser before so just looking for an entry-level machine to get used to the sitting posture and handling and switch to the bigger machine.
What do you guys suggest? Which would be a better choice for a beginner cruiser biker??

Vulcan. Better in every way, in my opinion. Sportsters are top heavy, shaky, run hot, start hard, and use wooden blocks for brakes. They consume oil, ride hard, and are a beeotch to work on.

+1 what ZooTech just said. Vulcan all the way, 100%.

I had a Vulcan 900. It was terrific. My ONLY complaint was that the clutch lever is stiff and the reach is long. The Vulcan 900 is a great city bike as well as a highway bike or a mountain highway bike. I live in BC, Canada where we have some mountainous terrain. The Vulcan handles the hills just fine.

Re: Iron 883 VS Vulcan ???
Just bought the Vulcan 900, now looking for some luggage.
I googled and landed price is ok, not sure about the quality but would that fit on the Vulcan 900 as it mentioned as Harley specific product?
Please do let me know other options I can have under that budget?

Sam,
I can't speak to the exact tank bag you're using, but we reviewed a tail bag from Viking Bags earlier this year. I'd expect the quality to be fairly uniform across their line. The URLs below are for the video and article.

Exactly. I also just bought a Vulcan 900 and it is my best choice. Riding this bike on hills is very smooth. Highly recommend!

Can you share that bag link again? I can not find anything on their website https://www.vikingbags.com/collections/ ... -tail-bags.
