i have gsx750es 1983 unable troubleshoot the problem my mechanic also at lost stage well it starts up and i start riding it it gets hot engine gets very hot and it shuts of then when engine cools down it comes on and again starts heating up
so far following things have been done

rebuild the cylinder head and put new piston ring grind valve
clean the oil sump twice
changed oil oil filter twice
clean oil cool radiator along with the pipes
change clutch plates
change voltage regulator
change battery
done new wiring to the motorbike
new fuse and fuse box
cleaned tank ,repair fuel stick , rebuild carburetor with new fuel jets ,new fuel filter
MY QUESTION IS WHY IT IS HEATING UP IS IT A ENGINE ISSUE OR ELECTRICAL OR CARBURETOR AIR AND GAS ISSUE UN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE
or is it engine crankshaft issue

Change the fuel filter...?
Clean the fuel tank screen.
Clean and check the fuel shutoff valve.
Sounds like its a lean condition to me.

But then I'm not a mechanic.

How does the boot around the master cylinder piston look? The reason why I ask this is because, sometimes with an older bike, you get some pitting in the bore of the cylinder which causes the o-ring (or an old o-ring) to not seal until it gets past a certain point (50%). So the fluid pushes past the o-ring and cylinder and into the boot (filling it) and then reaches pressure (and seals).

How do your brake lines look? If you have any fraying in the lines they will bulge under pressure until the line stops bulging and pressure reaches equilibrium, so it conveys the pressure instead of the line deforming. This fraying happens with age and dry rot to the outer part of the hose.

I ask because there's a chance that an older bike will have some pitting in the cylinder bore, which will prevent the o-ring—or an old o-ring—from sealing until it reaches a specific threshold.
