Happy Canada Day!

One of my coworkers is originally from Canada, with a dual citizenship now. She informed many of us yesterday that she expects presents today.

So much for my Canada Ride. Bike is acting up, losing power, surging in the mid range revs, no roll on power even with the throttle pinned all the way back. She been fine for the past couple of months while I been commuting daily, never a hick up or a hesitation, dry or wet, hot or cold, just kept on purring on and on.....but it seems as soon as I decide to go for a fun ride, some me time in the saddle, she goes and throws a wobbly at me.

The only difference between today and yesterday, was I gave her a scrub down so she would be all pretty. Last time I had symptoms like these, it turned out to be a faulty coil, and she was only firing on two cylinders...so tomorrow I will run down to the shop to see if they can have a quick look see and fit a new coil on.

As for my new Canada Day celebrations, I guess I will just tidy up at home and do my laundry. At least the new Torchwood season airs tonight, something to look forward to and d/l.
Always ask why.

We haven't invaded her homeland to punish those Canadian World Domination* upstarts yet; what further present could she possibly require??
