Done.

A couple of observations about the structuring of the questions, though.

Six of them (if I remember and am counting right) make one of two assumptions about the respondent: that they live in North America (DOT certification system) and that they also drive a car. If those assumptions are incorrect, as in my case, then you are going to get ambiguous answers.

So do I get extra donuts for all the stress and anxiety this caused me. :baby: :wink:
