It's a great exercise program, but you have to make two commitments

1.) Finish the program
2.) Change your diet and exercise habits ongoing

Two of my nephews love it to death... I'm never quite sure if they're bragging or complaining when they talk about their workouts... LOL

5 days in to P90X About 3 weeks into my lifestyle change as well. (better eating, exercise and just trying to be more active.) and I feel great. And have lost about 16 pounds and am very happy. Here's to everyone trying to be healthier in 2012!

Good on ya...I'm working on the healthy eating and losing weight first...then I'll worry about building muscle...going from obese middle aged guy to fit middle aged guy will take a while...but I'll get there...then I'll think about a program like this one...

Keep up the effort...and cheers to the healthier 2012!!

Later.

Probably the P90 (without the X) is a better place to start but if you can handle the extreme version why not. There's a lot of good workout programs out there.I just make up my own which includes weights, yoga, and cardio. Keep active.
