Techno and trance and lasers, oh my!

#1 Unread post by Ninja Geoff »

so lately I've been on a techno/trance kick, as a break from the typical listening of hardcore and the sort.

Basically anything with DJ Talla 2XLC Ive found to be amazing. Anyone else listening to techno and/or trance with some good suggestions?

Not really either of those, but I used to love winding down to BT's early albums (Ima and ESCM) when coming back from the clubs - pleasantly different

The psychotrance albums aren't bad. If you like house at all, DJ Irene makes some really good CDs.

I would love it if anyone could post any really good links either here or in a pm to me. I haven't heard any good new trance in many years now.

Seems the time of quality stuff like "Nightmare - Brainbug" is long gone

So check out those three songs, I'm not sure if they're your style, but you might dig them.

I had to listen to my brother make "techno" music for about 5 years and it thoroughly drove me insane. So other then my brother I couldn't recommend anything to ya. When he gets his myspace page up I'll let ya know though. He is pretty good.

Tried listening to DI.FM's vocal trance station? I listen to it at work occasionally. They usually play some DJ Doboy and DJ GT mixes, which are my favorite ones. GT's stuff is great.
