It's like a dream come true, a real life, bullet stopping, knife breaking Master Chief outfit (sort of).

Wiki on the creator: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troy_Hurtubise

YouTube of his grizzly suit(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3CzYw5-qdA they remind me of GoW a bit (the suits)

Awesome. I heard about his newest suit (only $2000 too!) but never saw a video for his older prototypes. Hilarious.

But it does seem to work if there's no trickery involved.

It's pretty neat, I'm not sure how well it'd work.

I think the sniper pointing out laser thingy is really cool... except for the fact that the sniper could potentially see the laser light mounted to hit head. Man, that'd be a sweet target. Hmm... a bullet 2 inches below that red dot. THUMP *BANG*
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Pretty cool, but not much in the way of anything new. Dragon skin has been around for a bit and it'll stop multipul .308 armor piercing rounds and I doubt that this suit is multi-hit. most likely it's ceramic plates like in the Interceptor vests + a foam backing.

It also has a lot of features that sound cool, untill you think about what they really mean, "solar powered fresh air device" might just be one of those fans that clip onto your hat with a little solar panel to power it. Now if it was a forced air filtration system that would be worth while.

Something else, unless he put AC in that thing the suit looks like it would become unbearably hot in any desert climate.
I'm starting a petition to cull narrowminded dull people - be afraid Peter, be very afraid....

I wanna see it in action.

Something tells me it might just be a bit too bulky in the field. Functional? Maybe. But practical? Maybe not.

make it glow and I'll have my own Tron outfit.
