Upgrade your Z1000SX – and get a free TomTom

#1 Unread post by totalmotorcycle »

Following the launch of the new Z1000SX for 2017, customers who upgrade their current Z1000SX to the latest model will receive a free TomTom Rider 400 Kawasaki Edition package – which has a retail price of over £350.

Those wanting to take advantage of the offer simply need to head to their local authorised Kawasaki dealership with a valid registration document to confirm ownership. The offer is available to confirmed owners of 2011 – 2016 Kawasaki Motors UK supplied Z1000SX machines. The campaign is set to run for bikes registered up to 31 March 2017.

A proven best-seller, nearly 5000 riders have chosen the SX since its inception in 2011, the SX package is equally as rewarding in a committed sports riding environment as it is with luggage and passenger over a long distance.

Customer feedback has been pivotal to the engineering and styling processes that led to the new machine, boasting a wider cowling and ‘double-bubble’ adjustable screen, as well as LED headlamps that are 1.4 times brighter than the current model.
New for 2017 is the addition of an IMU monitoring six levels of machine attitude and delivering electronic rider aids, including cornering management function, intelligent antilock braking, selectable power modes and traction control.
The 2017 Z1000SX will have an introductory launch RRP starting at £9999 with the Tourer priced at £10,599 – which includes side cases, interior bags, sat nav bracket and tank pad. New for 2017 is the Z1000SX Performance version – with added Carbon Akrapovic exhaust, seat cowl, smoked screen and tank pad, priced at £10,999. There are a number of finance offers available for the new model too – visit the Kawasaki Kalculator to find a finance package to suit you.
The TomTom Rider 400 Kawasaki Edition is the perfect companion. The system allows you to ‘create your own adventure’, features a rotating display, route sharing and has Bluetooth connectivity. The package, customized for Kawasaki includes: Lifetime Maps (45 countries), Lifetime Traffic, Lifetime Speed Camera, protective sleeve and bespoke Kawasaki packaging and splash screen.
Craig Watson, UK Sales Manager, said: “Since it was launched the Z1000SX has been a stand out bike in the Kawasaki range and has been one of the best sellers – and we’re confident that the 2017 will be just as popular. We really value our existing customers and want to show that Kawasaki reward loyalty – so what better way to do that than give them something that means they can go on even more riding adventures!”
