Richmond Hill, ON. The weekend of August 19th marks the tenth edition of BMW Motorrad Days. The event, held at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville from August 19th to 21st, has been a tremendous success since its launch, and marks another milestone in BMW Group’s Centenary year.

BMW Motorrad Days brings the brand together with its customers and fans. Weekend activities include a 2017 Motorrad product launch, concept bike displays, and rider training. Irish stunt rider Mattie Griffin will wow the crowd with his incredible stunt shows, featuring wheelies, burnouts, flips and more on his BMW F800R. Of course, there is also the fast-paced action of the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship to enjoy, where fans can cheer on number one champion Jordan Szoke as he competes for his 11th CSBK championship aboard the incredible BMW S1000RR.

At BMW Motorrad Days, there is as much to enjoy off the track as on. At sunset on Friday night, fans can attend the annual motorcycle movie night after watching the Oktoberfest-style “Beer Barrel Band” perform at the BMW Village for the fifth straight year. The momentum continues in BMW Village on Saturday night with a party featuring live music by a selection of Canadian talent.

The 10th anniversary of BMW Motorrad Days occurs during the BMW Group’s 100th year. Centenary celebrations have taken place throughout 2016, featuring the unveiling of “Vision Vehicles” – interpretations of future mobility as conceived by the BMW Group. The BMW VISION NEXT 100 was unveiled in Munich in March, the MINI and Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100 vehicles were presented in London in June, and the fourth interpretation of future mobility, as envisaged by the BMW Motorrad brand, will be unveiled in California in October.

Weekend event tickets for BMW Motorrad Days are $50 each, and children under the age of 12 are free
