and Modern Design Continue the Success Story.
Trendsetting technologies, high safety standards and functionality,
combined with modern design – these characteristics distinguish the high quality products of the BMW Motorrad Rider’s Equipment.
A new addition to the program is the ComfortShell suit. This all-weather fabric suit is equipped with the c_change membrane. BMW Motorrad is the only supplier worldwide to offer this “intelligent” climate-regulating
membrane on the motorcycle market. The successful and proven Airflow 3, Santiago and Streetguard 2 suits appear in new, modern colour
schemes in the 2007 Collection.
The NewCity Jacket presents the ideal combination of an urban
lifestyle with the sheer pleasure of motorcycle riding. The Club 2 Men’s Jacket makes the clear statement: Here comes a BMW Motorrad fan!
The BMW Motorrad Enduro Collection is extended by the addition of the Enduro Trousers. Together with the Protection jacket and the Enduro shirt, this provides an outfit that ensures the rider with sporty ambitions unrestricted freedom of movement on any terrain. The Summer 2 Trousers are the attractive successor of the Summer Trousers, even surpassing their qualities for use on the motorcycle and for outdoor activities.
New in the wide-ranging program are the ProSummer Gloves with
their exceptional functions that make them impressive as lightweight touring summer gloves.
A new collection of function underwear, including Long, Short and
Thermal Function Underwear, ensures a high level of wearing comfort at all times and a great sense of well-being – on both warm or cool days.
The Kid’s Collection offers four brand-new products with cool prints and vivid colours for the motorcycle rider of tomorrow.
And, finally, a wide range of new modern T-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece products and other sporting and useful Accessories round off the entire collection of new articles in 2007.
Fabric Suits.
ComfortShell Suit –
Revolutionary Climate Membrane
for Maximum Wearing Comfort.
New to the Collection, the ComfortShell Suit features revolutionary material technology. In 2007, BMW Motorrad is the sole supplier to offer the “intelligent” c_change membrane worldwide in the sector of motorcycle rider’s equipment. The structure of this membrane adapts to the outside temperature, hence regulating the breathing activity of the clothing to provide all the wearing comfort the rider needs. This can be compared with the
bionic principle of the pinecone with scales that open when it’s warm and close when it’s cold. This means the ComfortShell suit can “breathe”
in summer and insulate at cool temperatures. The ComfortShell suit therefore has a “controlled active breathing effect” and is durably windproof and watertight. On hot days, air inlet and venting zippers on the front and back optimise comfort even more.
The high elasticity of the c_change membrane has also allowed
BMW Motorrad to design an outer surface that is both completely elastic and watertight for the first time. The sporting all-weather touring suit for summer temperatures is made of abrasion-proof, elastic Dynatec 3-layer laminate, thus providing a completely new standard of comfort with the greatest possible safety at the same time.
A further contribution to the aspects of safety and comfort is provided
by the high quality NP protectors for shoulders, elbows, back, hips and knees developed by BMW Motorrad. Certified to EN 1621, these soft and
flexible protectors offer outstanding protection thanks to exceptional damping and shock-absorbing properties.
Both jacket and trousers are equipped with two water-repellent outer pockets. The jacket also has two watertight inner pockets. The preformed sleeves and knees of the suit facilitate an optimum position of the rider on the motorcycle saddle. The waistband of the trousers can be adjusted individually for size, ensuring an optimum fit.
Reflectors on the sleeves also ensure the best visibility even in poor weather
or darkness. The jacket and trousers both feature a subtle BMW logo.
The ComfortShell suit is available in different styles for male and female riders (men sizes 46–60 and 98–110, women’s sizes 34–46 and 17–22). Both styles of jacket are available in the choice of colours Black or Blue and the trousers are available exclusively in Black.
AirFlow 3 Suit –
New Jacket Colour for the Summer Hit.
The AirFlow 3 Suit is presented with its jacket in a new fashionable colour. Starting in spring 2007, the two-coloured jacket for him and her is available
in Red/Grey, replacing the Sand/Stone Grey combination. The unicolour Black for both the jacket and the trousers naturally remains in the Collection.
The highly abrasion-proof and air-permeable Grey AirTex inserts continue
to be offered in both variants. These inserts and the lightweight mesh
lining make the AirFlow 2 suit the ideal accompaniment in city traffic and
on motorcycle tours on warm to hot days.
Abrasion-proof Dynatec and removable CE protectors on the knees, elbows, shoulders and back ensure a high degree of safety.
The sporting, yet elegant look is accentuated by individual adjustment of waistband, sleeve and trouser hems. Pre-shaped sleeves also increase the functional wearing comfort when riding the motorcycle. The ladies suit
is specially designed for the female shape with a decidedly feminine cut.








Santiago Suit –
Sporty Dynamic
and Classically Elegant.
Khaki/Honey are the names of the new bright colour variants of the versatile Santiago Suit. This is ideal for summer weather and highlights the sporting and dynamic look. The classically elegant Stone Grey/Graphite colour combination with Black trousers continues to be available. Details such as zippers, piping, stretch areas and hem finishing in Black lend additional accents to both colour variants.
Highly abrasion-proof Dynatec in combination with Dynatec and Cordura stretch inserts in zones with a high degree of movement provide the
familiar level of protection and comfort. Elbows, shoulders, back and hips
are fitted with removable CE protectors.
Thanks to the light mesh lining, ample air inlet zippers, adjustable waistband and sleeve borders plus imitation leather inserts in the collar and on the
edge of the sleeves, the suit provides the well-known high degree of wearing comfort.
In combination with the retrofittable Gore-Tex insert, the Santiago Suit becomes a watertight all-rounder for enthusiastic touring riders and globetrotters.









Streetguard 2 Suit –
The Allround Talent in a
new Jacket Colour.
Since March 2005, the BMW Motorrad range has included a real all-round talent in the Streetguard 2 Suit.
Featuring a Gore-Tex XCR (Extended Comfort Range) membrane, the suit
is windproof and watertight while offering a highly active breathing effect at the same time. The cool technology prevents excessive heat build-up of the abrasion-proof Armacor Cordura outer material. In the arm area, the jacket has two watertight air inlet zippers. For rides on cooler days, the suit has
a removable thermal lining and a windproof and watertight detachable storm collar. In rainy weather, a Gore-Tex sleeve guard ensures a watertight connection to the gloves. This means the motorcycle rider is equipped to face any weather conditions with the Streetguard 2 Suit.
Removable CE protectors guard elbows, shoulders, hips and knees.
The CE-certified BMW back protector is also included in the delivery.
Two water-repellent outer pockets, a watertight inner pocket and two additional side pockets offer storage space in the jacket. The trousers also have two side pockets.
With a different design and cut in the versions offered for men and for women, the suit is available in a total of 40 different sizes. This allows each buyer to put together a combination of jacket and trousers perfect for his/her individual size.
In 2007, Tobacco is replacing Grey as the colour of the jacket. Both the jacket and the trousers remain available in the colour Black as before.

Jackets.
NewCity Jacket –
On the Motorcycle and at Home
in the City.
The jacket for the male and female rider combines an urban lifestyle
with the joy of motorcycle riding – this redefines the uses of the versatile new addition of the NewCity Jacket.
This classic Black jacket made from abrasion-proof and tear resistant Cordura 500 is primarily a functional garment that fulfils all the demands of a motorcycle jacket. The jacket has an air-permeable outer material with an active breathing effect and is durably windproof and watertight.
This is achieved by a lining laminate consisting of a three-layer climate membrane. Together with this membrane and the removable thermal
inner lining, the jacket can be worn from spring to autumn. The very effective impact-absorbing NP protectors on shoulders and elbows virtually cover
the rider’s joints all round ensuring a high degree of safety. The protectors are removable and a pocket incorporated on the rider’s back allow the NP
back protector to be retrofitted. Reflectors on the sleeves and back ensure good visibility of the rider.
Featuring a casual design and attractive cut, this jacket is ideally suited for the motorcycle rider who wants to conveniently combine safe and functional outerwear with a business outfit. Alternatively, the versatility and independent design of the NewCity jacket give it an interesting leisurewear appeal for the BMW Motorrad fan.
The individually adjustable collar, waistband, hemline and sleeve borders plus a soft collar fastening ensure a perfect fit and make it very comfortable to
wear. Four outer pockets and one watertight inner pocket offer lots of storage space.
The NewCity jacket comes in unisex sizes S to XXXL.
Club 2 Men’s Jacket –
The Jacket for the BMW Motorrad Fan.
The Club 2 Men’s Jacket is new to the 2007 Collection. High quality workmanship and a unique design are the distinguishing features of this sporting and modern jacket for the BMW Motorrad fan.
The robust, abrasion-proof and water-repellent impregnated polyamide fabric with NP protectors certified to EN 1621 on the shoulders and elbows
make the Club 2 jacket a “true” motorcycle jacket. A pocket in the inner lining is provided for retrofitting the NP back protector.
At the same time, the jacket also presents an attractive leisure time jacket with an eye-catching stylistic design. The basic colour of the Club 2 men’s jacket
is Black. A Blue insert on the upper arms and on both sides of the body creates an attractive contrast. White reflectors ensure the rider is clearly visible in poor light conditions. Both the high quality application of the
“BMW Motorrad” logo on the back and the BMW logo on the left upper arm blend harmoniously into the colour design. The Club 2 Men’s Jacket comes
in sizes S to XXXL.


Trousers.
Enduro Trousers –
Lightweight for Off-road Enjoyment.
Available in unisex sizes S to XXXL, the new Enduro Trousers are a dependable accompaniment when riding off-road.
For serious off-road use, the trousers can be worn over most commercial sport leg braces. The hip area has provisions for retrofitting NP hip protectors.
A clever, function-oriented feature is the third pocket at the rear. Another NP hip protector can be inserted here to protect the coccyx.
Robust polyamide with an active breathing effect and air-permeable stretch inserts over the knees and in the areas around the rider’s seat and hips ensure a high standard of comfort with optimum freedom of movement.
A three-dimensionally shaped moulding in the rear section of the trousers also contributes to this. The elastic hem of the legs is manufactured to be especially flat. Two plastic velcro fasteners enable infinite adjustment of the collar.
Finished in the colours Anthracite, Black and Blue with robust plastic details on the thighs, the trousers ideally match the design of the Protection jacket and the Enduro shirt. The “BMW Motorrad” logo appears on both trouser legs and in the kidney area. A small storage pocket with a velcro fastener on the right front holds motorcycle keys, money or other small items.
Summer 2 Trousers –
Motorcycle Trousers with
the Outdoor Touch.
Making a re-appearance in the 2007 Collection, the successful Summer Trousers are now available in the form of their optimised and attractive successor, the Summer 2 Trousers. Available in Black and Khaki, the robust trousers combine the advantages of summer motorcycle trousers with those of trousers for outdoor use.
The Summer 2 trousers are made of abrasion-proof Dynatec with a coating that has an active breathing effect. These trousers now also come as standard with the high-quality NP protectors whose qualities include the highest damping and shock-absorbing effect. The protectors are positioned over the knees (adjustable to two different levels) and hips and are easy to remove
before washing, for example.
In addition to motorcycle use, zippers allow the trouser legs to be removed at the knees, quickly turning the trousers into a practical pair of shorts.
The individual adjustment is made by a belt on the waistband and by velcro fasteners on the hem. Two side pockets at the front and one back pocket,
all with zippers, plus two cargo pockets not only provide ample storage space, but also lend the trousers a sporting and casual touch.
The BMW Motorrad word mark appears on the back of the right trouser
leg and on the cargo pocket, the BMW label is attached to the waistband.

Gloves.
ProSummer Gloves –
Driving Pleasure even in the Heaviest
of Summer Rainstorms.
With their all-round design and excellent functionality, the lightweight ProSummer summer gloves are perfect for the touring rider.
Made of hydrophobic nappa goat leather and kevlar, complete with double layers of leather along the sides of the hand and inner hand, the gloves
offer optimum protection. Three mm-thick impact-absorbing “Temperfoam” lines the back of the hand. Cordura-stretch and leather-stretch zones
on the shaft section protect the rider’s wrist while providing complete stability
and comfort combined with freedom of movement.
The Gore-Tex “x-trafit” technology with its highly active breathing effect makes the gloves durably watertight and windproof. This technology provides another great benefit: the three-layer structure connecting the lining, membrane
and leather helps to make the gloves a perfect fit free of creases and lines for a comfortable grip. The gloves are easy to pull on or off at any time, even in the rain. The lining and membrane cannot fall out or twist around.
The lightweight special lining made of jersey piqué provides an excellent climate balance, transport sweat away from the rider’s hands and preventing severe cooling of the hands during trips in the rain. On warmer days, it reduces the feeling of dampness that can be caused by perspiration of the hands.
Narrow velcro fastenings on the wrist allow individual adjustment and make sure the gloves fit firmly and securely. A second generously sized velcro fastening on the shaft ensures optimum transition with the sleeve. The gloves can be worn inside or outside the cuffs of the sleeves.
The Black gloves have reflective stripes along the side of the hand and the shaft. The “BMW Motorrad” word mark is embroidered in a light contrasting colour on both index fingers. And a further practical detail for the rider willing
to go out in the rain is the wiper lip on the left index finger. The ProSummer gloves are available in sizes 6–6½ to 12–12½.
Function Clothing.

Long Function Underwear.
Short Function Underwear.
The shirt and pants of these three sets of high-quality function underwear are particular lightweight and pleasant to wear. The anti-bacterial Meryl Skinlife function fibre made of 93% polyamide and 7% elasthane is gentle on the skin, has an active breathing effect and transports moisture away from the body.
The “seamless” quality ensures an additional high degree of wearing comfort: The highly elastic underwear is designed to be largely free of seams.
The few remaining seams are particularly flat. Fast drying and exceptionally easy-care because they are uncomplicated to wash and drip-dry, this underwear is the ideal accompaniment even on longer holiday trips with the motorcycle. The excellent properties of the function underwear are proven
to be highly beneficial both in combination with textile or with leather clothing.
The “BMW Motorrad” logo is worked into the edge of the sleeve or waistband. All three sets are available in unisex sizes S to XXL.
The long function underwear is kept in the colour Grey with Blue contrasting stripes. The colour combination of the short function underwear is
Pale Grey with Blue stripes.
The Dark Grey thermal function underwear is ideally suited for cooler temperatures and gives the rider a warm, cosy feeling. The fibre density of the thermal underwear is approx. 35% higher than that of the long and short function underwear. Sensitive areas of the body have additional reinforcement for greater insulation.

Windbreaker 3 Jacket.
The attractive and practical Windbreaker 3 Jacket is a versatile accompaniment for riders who want to protect themselves against cold draughts. The excellent properties of the jacket also make it ideal
for leisure activities such as running, skating or hiking, for example.
The outer material of the windproof Black jacket is made of 100% polyester that is laminated on the inside by a PU membrane with an active breathing effect and a thin polyester fleece. For the most part the seams are welded together, making them also water-repellent, like the jacket itself. Longer at the back, the jacket is insulated in the area around the kidneys that is sensitive
to the cold.
Two zippered pockets are placed on the outside and the “BMW Motorrad” word mark is printed on the right sleeve. The jacket is available in unisex sizes XS to XXXL.
Especially in cool weather, the Windbreaker 3 jacket provides an optimum addition to motorcycle jackets without a climate membrane. The snug fit means it doesn’t ride up when the jacket is worn “underneath”. In the evening following an enjoyable motorcycle tour, the jacket will certainly also make an impact with its appearance at any campfire.

Kids Jump T-Shirt.
Kids Race T-Shirt.
Encouragement of a special kind for the new generation: The Kids’ Collection 2007 delights with its sporty styles and trendy colours. Bright prints are
fun and clearly show the high targets that the riders of tomorrow have in their sights.
New for the youngest off-road fans: The Kids Jump T-Shirt made of easy-care cotton. It is available in the colour Ochre in sizes 98 to 140.
The colourful graphic print on the left side of the chest shows an Enduro
driver who is landing after a daring jump.
The multicoloured graphic print of a real “Racer” who is accelerating out of
a curve appears on the chest of the second Kids Race T-Shirt. Absolutely
in fashion in the trend colour Green with Dark Green contrasting collar and sleeve edges add an extremely sporting touch. The dynamic impression
is underlined by two Dark Green rally stripes on the chest. This T-shirt is also made of 100% high quality cotton and is also available in the sizes 98 to 140.
The origin of the two T-shirts is proudly confirmed by the “BMW Motorrad” logo printed on the left sleeve. The BMW logo is printed on the right sleeve.
Kids Sweatshirt.
Kids Fleece Jacket.
Rally stripes and a big “1” start number appliquéd on the front – this shows
the sporting nature of the 100% cotton Kids Sweatshirt. The comfortable and practical sweatshirt with high zipped collar of elastic knitted fabric has
the potential to become the “favourite” of the bikers of tomorrow. It is Blue with Grey sleeves and Red-and-White stripes on the sides of the body and on the collar. It is available in children’s sizes 98 to 140. The BMW logo is shown on the right sleeve, the “BMW Motorrad” logo is printed on the left sleeve.
The new generation can keep cosy and warm on cool days with the
Kids Fleece Jacket. The Orange-coloured design with Black-and-White rally stripes quickly makes clear who is the fastest here. The hood presents an interesting contrast with its Blue inner lining. Two side slit pockets ensure that hands stay warm. The high-quality fleece made of 100% polyester
ideally supports the climate control, is fast drying and extremely easy-care.
A BMW logo appears as a plastic label on the chest, together with the embroidered “BMW Motorrad” logo. This article of the Kids’ Collection is also available in sizes 98 to 140.


Accessories.
Silver Function 3 T-Shirt.
Silver Function 2 Long Arm Shirt.
Two new articles make their debut in the exclusive and highly functional “Silver Function” line in the 2007 Collection. Both shirts have opaque mesh inserts
in the underarm area for optimum circulation of air. The outer material and the mesh material are each made of 100% easy-care polyester with the inclusion of durable silver threads. Moisture is quickly transported away from the body. The silver function is anti-bacterial and, thus, odour-inhibiting. Featuring an active breathing effect, climate regulation and antistatic properties, the articles of the “Silver Function” line provide optimum support for the action of climate membranes.
The new Silver Function 3 T-Shirt is presented in the main colours
Dark Grey and Saffron Yellow. Wide flat-lock seams in the contrasting colour Red sets interesting accents in the sleeve area. Sizes XS and S are particularly figure hugging for women. Sizes M to XXXL are unisex sizes with a sporting and casual design. The “BMW Motorrad” word mark is printed on the right sleeve.
The Silver Function 2 Long Sleeve Shirt comes in the colour combination Turquoise/Grey and is available in sizes unisex XS to XXXL. The “BMW Motorrad” logo appears on the sleeve.
The casual raglan cut of the two shirts guarantees great freedom of movement. This is a practical and functional garment that is also perfect for use in sporty leisure activities – as well as motorcycling.





Bend T-Shirt/Curve T-Shirt
New additions to the collection of the BMW Motorrad Rider’s Equipment 2007 are the trendy Bend and Curve T-Shirts. The shirts complement
each other extremely well – despite clear differences in design and style.
The easy-care Bend T-Shirt for men is made of 100% cotton. Its basic shade is Chalk that reappears in the extravagant multi-coloured
“BMW Motorrad” graphic on the front. The shirt is available in sizes S to XXXL.
The Curve T-Shirt for women has a very similar design, but with a feminine figure-hugging style and the main colour of Pale Green. It comes in a material mix – 95% cotton and 5% elasthane – and is available in sizes XS to XXL.
This T-shirt also bears the “BMW Motorrad” logo as a large multi-coloured print on the front.
Featured on the back of both T-shirts, the “BMW Motorrad” word mark has
an open-edged quilted finish. A “BMW” seam flag made of plastic appears in each of the left-hand seams.








Jump T-Shirt
Sport 2 T-Shirt for Men.
The Jump T-Shirt will appeal to dedicated Endurist fans. It is available in the colour combinations Ochre and Blue and bears a graphic print of an Enduro rider in action in a matching colour on the front. The T-shirt with classic round neck design is manufactured from 100% cotton and comes in unisex
sizes XS to XXXL. The BMW logo is sewn onto the right sleeve and the
“BMW Motorrad” logo is printed on the left sleeve.
Young riders and fans of the BMW Motorrad mark plus the young at heart will be interested in the Sport 2 T-Shirt for Men. Featuring a design based on the style of the popular Red Sport T-Shirt for women, this shirt is now available in the unicolour Black for men. The “BMW Motorrad” logo appears in White letters on the back. Soft cotton quality and casual design make it extremely comfortable to wear. A small BMW design mark appears on the sleeve.

Sport 2 Sweatshirt Jacket.
The high-class BMW Motorrad Polo Shirt in classic design is the perfect accompaniment for leisure activities. In the colour Umbra with White contrast stripes on the edges of the sleeves and collar, it can be used in a multitude
of combinations. The shirt is produced from high-quality piqué fabric, made of 100% cotton, and is available in the unisex sizes XS to XXXL.
The “BMW Motorrad” word mark is integrated on the front in a subtle
graphic print.
New to the program is also the highly functional BMW Motorrad Shirt
in Blue. Manufactured from Supplex material – made of 100% polyamide –
the shirt is extremely light and especially pleasant to wear. The material with an active breathing effect optimally supports the climate regulation by transporting moisture away from the body and is quick to dry. A lasting anti-bacterial treatment completes the excellent properties of this garment.
The slim cut, two front pockets plus a small pocket on the sleeve and a practical loop for rolled-up sleeves give the shirt a particularly sporting touch. The BMW motorcycle shirt bears the “BMW Motorrad” logo on the right sleeve and is available in the sizes XS to XXXL.
The casual Sport 2 Sweatshirt Jacket impresses with its high-quality, functional and easy-care mixture of materials and its trendy fully-fledged design. The stand-up collar, sleeve trims and hemline of the Umbra-coloured jacket are made of elastic knitted fabric with Black-and-White rally stripes.
The front of the jacket has an extravagant, interestingly finished
“BMW Motorrad” logo. Sizes XS and S are specially styled for the feminine shape, whereas sizes M to XXXL are unisex sizes.




Function 3 Fleece Jacket
Function 3 Long Sleeve Fleece.
The Function 3 Fleece Jacket provides cosy warmth at all times,
both under motorcycle clothing as well as in other sport and leisure activities.
The easy-care fleece-material is made of fast-drying 100% polyester
with an active breathing effect. A high degree of comfort is given to the jacket by a windproof and water-repellent collar made of Windbreaker material.
The style and colour combination distinguish the models for men and women. The closely cut ladies’ version comes in the fashionable trend colour Red
with Pink-coloured inserts and is available in sizes XS to XXL. The jacket for the men is in Ochre with Black inserts and is available in sizes S to XXXL.
