Alpinestar GP Tech Leather Glove Size Advice

#1 Unread post by Crixan »

Hello,
I have been looking for a new pair of gloves and was attracted to GP Tech Leather gloves by Alpinestar. I have VERY small hands for an adult and makes purchasing gloves more of a chore. Since these gloves are relatively expensive, IMO, I would like to try some on before I fork over my money. There are no stores that carry these gloves, which does not surprise me really, in my general area.

My question is could someone help me with sizing so I have a clue if they will fit. The only information provided by Alpinestar is a sizing guideline based on the distance between your index finger knuckle and your pinky knuckle across the palm. According to their measurements I need a small.

I will post below a few measurements (maximum measurement if applicable) from my hands and if anyone can help me size these gloves I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

End of finger to palm = 3 inch
Palm width = 4 1/4 inch
End of finger to start of wrist = 7 inch
Index finger knuckle to piny knuckle = 3 inch

What is their return policy? Your best bet if no stores carry then is most likely buy and try, if they allow returns. If not, well, you could resell them I suppose.

I did talk to one store that was willing to wave the 20% restocking fee if the first try to not pan out, but I hate to do that if avoidable.

I guess if they are willing to take the hit then that may be my only option.

That's pretty reasonable of them. Not all stores are that flexible. Good luck!
