I'm going to be getting my license this summer and I'm just wondering what should I get next Bike or Armour? I would be getting the Helmet with the bike regardless. Also If I get the bike first is it possible to where Downhill Mountain Bike armour under a jacket as a Temporary armour instead of motorcycle armour. I ask because I Downhill alot so if I can get use the armour from there I don't have to feel as rushed when saving money for motorbike armour.

Also I won't be getting the bike till after i get my license but I've started surfing craigslist and Kijiji to look at prices and I've found some good looking prices on bikes and i'm wondering if they would be ok for a begginer. I do have lots of biking experience as I am Unofficially the youngest person to ever ride a bicycle across Canada when I was 10. And now I downhill.

If I get brand new I'll be getting a Kawasaki Ninja 250r but used may be cheaper and in the long run a better deal as I don't mind a little challange or something I can grow into. Anyway here are the links:)

I really like the look of those two^^^^^^^^ continuing on...

Tips, suggestion and anything else is welcome

Is this an armor made specifically for downhill mountain biking? I used to be into downhill mountain biking but actually used my MX gear, which is what many of the guys around here do. In fact, I now use the Foxx MX knee armor in the street when I wear my Icon cargo pants which does not come with armor.
