a soft bag (say about a foot x foot) that can clip to the passanger seat (on top of the seat) that can also be attached as a tank bag when you have a passanger with you that can ALSO be easily clipped off and used as a regular bag with handles? I'm looking for something that i can throw my lunch in for work and put on the passager seat, that can convert to a tank bag, that I can then remove and take into work with me. Do they exist?

Thanks!

Sounds like a backpack with bungee cords to me :D

I don't know anything exactly like that (tho' like Sev says, any bag can be bungee'd to the seat), but check out Roadgear, they seem to have some thoughtfully designed products. http://www.roadgear.com/catalog/index.cfm?Series=2&SeriesTitle=Luggage I use a Multitasker Sport, which can be a carried like a courier bag, or a briefcase, or a backpack, and spends a lot of time bungee'd to the back of my seat. But it's not a tank bag.
