The 2007 M109 is now on Suziki's web site.

Looks like it will be available mid-July.

Replacing the Violet Blue color with Deep Red and adding White as an option.

Stealer said that he is now getting plenty of 06's in now after being dry for a while.

Identical to 06 except for addition of several real chrome parts instead of the plastic chrome. +$200 more on MSRP.

I really like the 06 Violet Blue and am going to try and get one next week if the price is right. Already cleared out a home for it in the garage.

Can't wait for the FUN and Excitement to begin!!

Picked up my M109R in Blue from the stealer today.

Well balanced and easy to ride in both low and high speeds. Need to really be agressive and determined when changing gears. Knocked into Neutral a couple times when moving to 2nd then got the message.

The pipes light up at 4000 rpm..They sound AWESOME!!! At 75mph it quietly purrs like a cat at around 3000 rpm in 5th.

Fay Meyers in Denver was a great dealer to work with. No lies, no BS, no bullying, unlike some of the other stealers I visited. They also have a huge parts and accessory dept. Got a AGVSPORT (www.agvsport.com) jacket, a Scorpion EXO 400 helmet, and AlpineStars Alloy gloves.

Still haven't lost the grin from my first ride home

How's that rear tire handle?

If I can ask, how tall are you? My friend sat on one (he's 5'7, short legs) and thought the bike was too wide for him to be comfortable on.

Rear tire handles fine. No problems on curves or turning.

I am 6'1" and the bike is fine. Someone 5"7" may have issues with the pipes on the right side but they should still sit on one to find out.

Finally able to take my new M109R on a ride this morning.

Went south on Rt 83 from Parker CO towards Colorado Springs.

Bike handled great on curves and acceleration was absolutely FANTASTIC. 0-60 (keeping it under 3500 rpm) was effortless and quick.

Braking was very solid and confident.

Bike makes lots of consistent clanking (nothing severe enough that would make me want to stop) when off throttle at low speeds (20-35 mph.) Not engine from too low of rpm. Heard that this quiets down considerably after around 500 miles as engine and transmission, shaft drive break in.

Following owners manual to set up eng of rolling starts with hard throttle (watch that back tire likes to break loose.) Staying under 3500 rpm, varying speed and gears, etc....

Can't wait for the 500 miles to be up to really enjoy this great bike.

there is no rear seat on the 109, where is my fat girlfriend going to sit? that plastic fender won't hold her.

There is a rear seat... comes in a box when you buy the bike. You install it if you are going to carry a passenger. Otherwise you leave the cowl which looks much better.

ohhhh OK when I was looking at the 109 the dealer told me there is no rear seat, I guess he just told me that so I would leave
