Welcome to TMW.
Way to go on earning the new title. Parking Lot Queen.

That would make a good user name.

Looks good.
What is the turquoise one?
Not many garages look that clean.

That turquoise one sure looks a whole lot like a Vqalkyrie...

Thanks for the welcome everybody! I have a whopping 50 miles under mybelt now!

Practice makes perfect so they say. I even made it to the local McDonalds the other day with my son. What a blast! (had to leave my neighborhood and the High school parking lot and actually get out on a real road! ha ha)
Anyway that "other" bike is my hubby's.

Welcome from Canada, PLQ!!
Best of luck with the riding - the only way to get comfortable is to make those miles.
PS: Loooove the turquoise paint on that Shadow - WOW!

Welcome, I am new here too. I have only been riding for 3 weeks. Took the MS course 3 weeks ago and have only been on backroads since. I am a little intimidated by the main roads so I am very jealous that you have made it the McDonalds. I don't know if I will be that brave until next spring. Ride safe

,,,Hey welcome to you too! Don't worry, just like everyone told me...you will gain confidence. Just keep riding at your own pace and don't let anyone pressure you. Heck, in the last two weeks I've managed to put a little over 250+ miles on my bike between babysitting my grandbaby and other life obligations.

Each time going a little further and/or more traffic etc. It's been a blast! I even got the speedo up to 70mph - a big deal for me!

70mph ?
It took me a long time to be able to make myself go that fast. But...it took me a long time to quit being nervous.
You're doing great.
