Definitely prefer left turns to right, at least on mountain roads. I always find visibility an issue on right hand turns on twisty mountain roads, otherwise I could care less what direction im turning on regular city streets. I have been on a track in a car before and found I was typically carrying more corner speed on the left turns (again probably easier to see the cornering line from the drivers side)

I am a bit ambidextrous, I write, shoot a gun (shoot both rifle and pistol lefty), play baseball, hockey, and fence left handed. I play golf and shoot archery right handed?

+1

I think lefts feel safer too. Plus there's little chance of getting hit by an oncoming vehicle (assuming you're nowhere near the center line). I'm also much more comfortable doing left U-turns than rights.

Darn southpaws! Just can't go and be normal like everyone else now can they... Guess that's why 2500 are killed every year on average using right-handed stuff. Shows them who's more dominant! :shooting:

Hey...I'm a leftie...I have no idea why people get killed...they were probably just inept and being a leftie has no bearing on it.
I have mastered the can opener..... :laughing:

I am better at left turns than right turns.

I'm right handed and have no problems with right turns but just feels better going through lefts. Maybe from doing lots of left turn laps on the family flat track. AKA my grandmothers front yard. :laughing: That poor yard has had a dirt ring around it for as long as I can remember.
I do everything right handed, though I can bat left handed (more likely to pop up) and I skate board goofy footed. Way back in the day when i roller bladed, going left was much more comfortable.

Definitely right-hand corners.

I've always put this down to having a very lazy left eye. If I close my right, everything becomes pleasantly fuzzy.

I als occasionally get a slight vertigo if I'm walking on a mountainside and the downslope is to my left (but never to my right.)

I am left handed. I was one of those kids whose dad tried to get them to be right handed. So just about everything I do is screwed up.
Left;
Throw, kick, shoot, bowl, archery, eat, tie my shoes and write (hand only- no foot writting)

Right;
Bat, box and golf.

I surf and skateboard goofy foot, I am sure that only contributes to the mixed up part that makes me so unique! :kicking:

Off road motorcycles I am much faster around rights, I am more comfortable sliding around corners and shifting than I am the other way.
On the street, about equal.

Never thought about it so that means it must be equal for me. Turns feel good either direction.

:shock:

Ironic as many dads force their natural righty kids to bat lefty as the advantage for lefty batter is immense. :laughing:

I thought you were asking about a choice wearers of boxer shorts have to make every time they get dressed. No need to chose if wearing jockey shorts.
