In no particular order...

Moto Guzzi Griso
Moto Guzzi V7 Classic
Yamaha V-Max (older models)
Suzuki Bandit 1250
Honda Goldwing (older [1980's] and totally naked!)
Norton Commando

Until I'm swimming in disposable cash, I'm quite content with my current ride.

Cheers,
Loonette

And now for my unobatainium...

I guess I like naked bikes, even though my choice of nakeds is quite diverse!!!

+ Nerd points for use of unobtanium! As a Victory fan you may be glad to hear the Seattle Police Department recently decided to add them to the lineup of potential replacements for the Harley. Not sure how many police departments use Victories?

I love the Gladius, and of course the Speed Triple, I have never seen the Honda 919 before but like the look of it. I agree, naked bikes are great. I intend to do a full conversion on my GS500F if I have some money sometime in the future. Though hopefully I just find a good enough job I can upgrade to that Speed Triple .

They would really use Victory instead of H-D which has been a police department staple for decades?

California's been using H-D, Kawasaki and now BMW which is a lot of money for a police bike...

This was their first round of Harleys for Seattle, in recent history as far as I know. They had Kawasakis for a very long time. They do not generally like the BMWs, if I recall they are not as comfortable, for a city department they spend a lot of time sitting compared to State Patrol, which I believe favors the BMWs.

To be fair, the bikes last a very long time, all I can remember is one round of Kawasakis and one round of Harleys, not sure if they had Kawasakis still before my dad's previous bike or not. I will have to ask. Time flies, I still remember when he got the Harley, but was probably like eight years ago lol.

Kudos to sunshine229 for posting photos of the bikes (rather than just the model name like I did).

I'll have to go back and do that myself in this thread.
