Hang with me while I lay out all the details. I rode the bike about a month ago, and had a little trouble getting it to fire but once it did it ran fine. Later that afternoon when I started home, same issue, had trouble getting it to fire, but once it did, it ran fine. Went out the following weekend to go for a ride, and like to have never got it to fire, but it finally did, and ran fine all day long. Went out the following week, and it wont fire at all. So here is where I stand. I have new plugs, a new battery, good gas, a new right side coil pack, a one year old starter, new seals, and one year old serviced valves. I am getting fire through the plug on the front, but no fire through the rear. My cousin who is a Harley Mechanic suggested I get a new coil for that plug, but that didnt do the job. It is turning over fine, but is not firing. We jumped it off last night so that I could get it home because that battery at the time was dead (since been replaced), it fired up right away after the new coil pack was installed, but hasnt fired since, and I am still not getting fire through the right side plug (which seems odd since its running fine). At this point I am thinking that it may be the cencor to that coil, but I cannot find any information in regards to the coil or any censors going to it. Any information would be very much appreciated. :frusty:

BSumrall,

So what ever happen with this (thread) problem, did you fine the source of the problem or do you still have the non-firing/current failure at the rear cylinder? Actually sounds like a grounding problem, do tell.
