Hey, I'm new to this site. I'm looking for some info. I have an '07 Tour Deluxe and it makes a clicking sound in the rear wheel when you roll it around. Dealer says it's an "alignment" issue. It did it when it was new and they fixed it Now I had a new tire put on and it's doing it again. But Yamaha will only warranty it one time. Anybody familiar with this problem?

Take it back to the dealer and tell them there is a TSB on this. They will grease the rear splines. They come from the factory DRY. ----Buzz
