Big Boy is my 3rd bike. He's a 2000 Shadow VLX 600. His pappy was a '77 HD Sportster 1000, and his grand-pappy was a '72 Yamaha 250 Enduro. I got him on the 12th of June, this year, and have already put almost 1,000 miles on him. In April I had open heart surgery and Big Boy seems aware of my limitations. We are getting comfortable with each other. Big Boy has a stable mate--an '84 V45 that belongs to my best friend. All four of us are enjoying getting to know each other as we get reacquainted with the road.

Not really, it has the new C-ABS system attached, it can stop you pretty quickly. I have seen it in action.

Sure there is, look carefully. It's a 600RR special edition Ilse of Man. I get to ride it from time to time, very impressed. Real hot little number. Goes like hell.
