will the tank not fill up right if it's tilted on the sidestand? maybe this is why im getting early warnings from my low gas warning.

BTW, i found out that my lights blinks if there's only 1.2 gallons left and then it becomes a solid light when there's only .4 gallons.

Good question.
I've always believed you can't quite get the tank full when it's resting on its sidestand, but it certainly isn't causing any problems or doing any harm. I like to fill up from the seat when I can.

And good on you for paying such close attention to your bike, having good knowledge about stuff like that makes it easier to plan.

Not sure if it makes any difference but I usually fill my bike straight up.
