I have a frame, an engine on my workbench, and a corner full of Maxim parts I stripped off the bike. Could use some advice on where to start next. Here is what I would like to see
Springer front end
Softail rear with the mini shocks if possible
Minimal electrics
Rebuild the engine and chromed
May have to keep the wheels as it's a shafty

Is there anyone in the maritimes that can help me with my frame mods?
Do you rebuild the engine, then take it apart again to chrome?

Thanks for any advice!

You could end up with some tihg like this. This one has no rear springs.
