26male, 6 star record, 03 sv650s, no collision, with theft and fire = $1100/ year

what is everybody else paying ?,

I'm with Primmum as well. Second year back at riding. 40, 1978 ride. 600/year. Way too much if you ask me.

I have been with primmum for years but will probably leave since every year they have jacked my rate even tho I have a perfect record. I got a quote from riders plus...1-877-251-4504. They know bikes unlike primmum who are a bunch of pencil pushers

man concider yourself lucky! I am also with primm, I dish out $3150. a year! mind you I am 24/f, but I have had a clean record with them for three years. Im riding a sv650s 2003. they also jack my rates too every year...I used to pay 350 a month, but went up to 450 for no reason? so I dont recomend them.

You must be able to get a better rate unless you have a lot of tickets. Try one of these links. I found a deal on my car insurance there and they also do bikes too. Punch in your info and it will list a bunch of companies and approximate rates.. shop around the only way to stop the ripoffs is to take your business elsewhere even for a small saving!!!!

Hey, You could try Kingsway Financial. good rates for young riders and specialises in insurance for sport model bikes.

I insured my first ever street legal bike with Primmum and I found the rates were very good. Also, I only used the policy for a short time in the fall, and it was a very inexpensive policy and I was even refunded a small amount upon cancellation. I will look to them first when I get another bike.

You sure about that? Kingsway and Sport bikes. I have my non sport bikes insured with Kingsway. Kingsway has outrageous premiums for sport bikes. For Poops and giggles I had my broker quote me a policy for a Hyabusa, with Kingsway. The quote came back in at $2,800. This quote also takes into consideration my multi-bike discount. That's because they don't want to write the policies on sport bikes. I only pay $1,600 full coverage for the Goldwing and Silverwing now. Best place I have read for sport bikes is State Farm. Although you may run into some issues if you don't have a car to move to them as well.
