I'm looking for a good Beginner Street Motorcycle. I'd prefer it be running and in decent condition with some mechanical work needed. I'd also prefer something that doesn't have a whole lot of miles on it. We can discuss price, but I'm trying not to spend more than $800. (I could stretch that a little bit.)

I'd like a cruiser or standard bike, but I am open to anything that is a good beginner bike. I'd prefer a Japanese bike. I'm willing to consider Hondas, Suzukis, Yamahas, Kawsakis, etc. I'll drive fairly far to look at a motorcycle (if it seems like something I'm looking for).
