Riding a Sport bike: Can you control Yourself?

#1 Unread post by MadHorse »

Hi everybody!

Recently I had my 1st experience on a Sportbike, the zone to test it wasn't the best (City) but however I had a great time

The bike is an Honda CBR 954 Fireblade (2003) an "Old School" Bike with 151 HP and 0 Electronics

I noticed that my approach to safety changed suddendly after 5 minutes: with my SV (2 Cylinders, 75 HP and a good torque on low/medium Rpm) usually I take it more easy on this kind of roads but with this CBR I've took many more risks, speeding a bit too much in a zone where is better to stay calm (I've been a douche I know :frusty: )

4 Cylinders fault?

Can You control yourself while riding a beast like this?

I think it's more the seductiveness of the "power hit" on a four-cylinder sportbike. If you have clear road in front of you, it's incredibly addictive...... the closest thing to flying without leaving the ground.

And a great way to lose your license.... :whistling:

i started on a 600... first time i rode it, was on downtown streets.
rode around for 20 minutes and when i got off my legs were shaking but you get used to it.

just stay off the highways until you gain confidence with the bike on the streets. limits are usually 50 km . practice.

Alos, one more question - anybody knows good Canadian casinos with free bonuses - I recently found one decent here - https://casinobonus-ca.com/ What do you think?
