Well after deciding to eat it's own gearbox the Rocket has gone to pastures new Picking my new ride up next week...

Shifted from 2-3 Shift lever bounced back and it sounds like a bag of spanners in the gearbox

Wow! Well I'm glad you are ok; the bike grenading didn't result in any accident.

Been in the garage for 3 months while I've been trying to sort it..Managed to sell it for repair :D

I see by your picture you are getting a Kawasaki. It will probably get better gas mileage. :)

Too bad about the Rocket though. How much mileage did you put on it?

Only had 23K on her Quotes for getting it fixed were silly money The guy that bought it is a bit of a spanner monkey and reckons he can do the job..Good luck to him :)
Still getting a Kawasaki..but the guy I was buying off hasn't returned calls or texts Then I got a message from the seller of one that I liked even more, offering it at a better price- I took his hand off

It has very short pipes. It's going to be loud. Better get some earplugs. :P
