This just in from the EICMA bike show and based upon the new 675 platform:

MV's answer to the Diavel, I presume?

I was thinking it looks more Honda Crossrunner from the side. The back half of the bike is pretty tidy though and I would like to see more shots of it. The big question is whether a 675 sport-tourer will sell.

Apparently it's a student industrial design project. That explains the, uh, not typically MV looks.

The Crossrunner is more plausibly a practical bike, something usuable for trips, touring. I don't see the practical aspect here. That's why I picked the Diavel as the comparison. If the output of the 675 triple is at all comparable to the F800ST and they keep the weight down, it could have sport-tourer performance. But it's not a sport-tourer: pillion capability is nil.

I think it'd look much better naked.
