I like my junk where it is thanks. Hope they removed the castrator from the newer models.

People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

What was Triumph thinking putting that on the tank? Gez.

BTW, for those who never owned an "orginal" Triumph a motorcycle mechanic I worked with for a couple of years told me they were not very good bikes for starting up and for reliablility back then. I've never owned one of that era so I can't comment on that. But I do know they have points and condensors for their ignition system like my 1978 Suzuki GS550E used and they are a pain to setup and even harder to buy/find these days. For my 78' I had to buy used ones from a junk yard at pretty high prices. ($10 per set and you need 2 sets)
