I just recently got my Radian 600 back on the road after cleaning up the carbs. A few days ago my garage was filled with gas vapors and last night I took off my gas tank to notice the fuel petcock was dripping gas around a small gasket located right near the fuel line hose connection. I have scoured the internet looking for a fuel petcock rebuild kit, but cannot locate one. I was wondering could I just use a gasket from a motorcycle/autoparts and cut it to fit the gasket that is leaking? A new Fuel petcock sells for $170. Any help on correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated. The Radian only has 11,000 miles on it.
