I have put a rebuild kit in the master cylinder on my 97 Royal Star, but the front brake often times does not release, and it will be increasingly tight if I continue to move the bike. Does it sound like I need new lines?

Turned out to be the return hole stopped up in the master cylinder. All it took was prodding around with a sewing needle.
