It was yesterday, but i returned home after a few days in Washinton state. Stayed at the Lynden KOA and did a couple of local shopping trips, clothes, harbor freight and bestrest motorcycle parts. Almost took my duty free limit home...

Today I spent the day taking it easy, then took in the new spiderman movie...

Picked up my rim with my new wheel bearings properly installed!! Then turned around and took in the fork to have them install the seals that I bought...I just don't have the tools to get it done at home...$300 for tools, or $85 to have the shop install them...plus then I know it will be done correctly, I always seem to learn by screwing up!?!

I hope they can get my bike back on the road by this weekend, but since they are squeezing me in between other jobs they wouldn't make any promises...DAMN!!

I'll stay hopeful...I mean, what choice do I really have...(no more crashing, this just totally sucks!)

Don't worry about it Wrider, it's only because he doesn't have to deal with winter...any day without snow and ice is a riding day!! unless you crash your bike and can't ride until the repairs are complete...damn

I'd much rather be dealing with dehydration than with frost bite any day...but that's just me. :cowboy:
