DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Mar. 18, 2016) - AMA Pro Racing is pleased to announce 10 rounds have been confirmed for the 2016 AMA Pro Hillclimb season. While keeping several well established events on the schedule, the series has now included a new race at Rush Off-Road in Rush, Ky. on June 25.

The first three rounds of the season will once again be a 10-day sprint start, opening at the White Rose Motorcycle Club on June 5 in Spring Grove, Pa. A week later, round two will be held in Freemansburg, Pa. at the Bushkill Valley Motorcycle Club and will feature a well-known 500-foot incline on June 12.

Ridge Runner Promotions will once again play host to the official Hillclimb race of the Laconia Bike Week in Canaan, N.H. as the third round of the season on Wednesday, June 15.

The series will then head to Rush Off-Road on June 25 for the first AMA Pro Hillclimb event at the 7,000 acre tract of land. The acclaimed venue is known for its ride park facilities and Anniversary Bash, which hosts side-by-side racing, rock bouncing and mega truck action.

Next up will be the Ogemaw Hills Bike Week in West Branch, Mich. that will return as round five on Saturday, July 23 to close out the week's festivities. The Hillclimb will be the focal event and will include post-race activities.

In 2015, AMA Pro Hillclimb established its Tennessee presence at the Middle Tennessee Dragway in Buffalo Valley. This year the action will be brought back to fans on July 30 for round six.

On August 7, the 2016 All Star Challenge shootout will be held at Muskegon Motorcycle Club's Mt. Garfield Hill in Muskegon, Mich. The track will feature a three round shootout of the top 10 riders in the Xtreme and Unlimited classes. Following the All Star Challenge, riders will return to Freemansburg and Spring Grove on September 11 and 25 for rounds eight and nine.

To close out the season, AMA Pro Hillclimb fans will fill the action-packed Dayton Motorcycle Club as they watch the country's leading Hillclimb riders on October 9 at The Staircase in Oregonia, Ohio.
