JG #Speedfit @Kawasaki unveil new livery for 2016 #Ninja #ZX-10R

JG Speedfit Kawasaki, the Official Kawasaki British Superbike team, has unveiled their brand new livery for the 2016 season at the MCN London Motorcycle show this morning – this is the first chance that racing fans have the opportunity to see the new look.
JG Speedfit remain as title sponsor for the second consecutive season. Also returning for the 2016 season is McAMS, the 24/7 Motorcycle Accident Management Service and for the first time DAMS, their business delivering a market leading accident support to the four wheeled world. Leading Foreign Exchange experts Global Reach Partners are also once again backing the team, hosting a busy hospitality programme as well as helping the team with its currency requirements.
Further additions for the 2016 season include Showa suspension and Brembo brakes, which bring the JG Speedfit squad in line with the World Superbike Kawasaki Racing Team.
Headlining Kawasaki Motors UK’s re-launch of the iconic Team Green for the 2016 race season, the manufacturer is positive of the bike being a regular feature at the front row of the grid from the first round at Silverstone on April 8 – 10.
Riders, Leon Haslam, James Ellison and Peter Hickman will be aboard the Ninja ZX-10R this year and competing for a place in the coveted Showdown, hoping to win the 2016 title. The team has recently returned from positive testing sessions at Jerez and Aragon where new addition to the team, Haslam, enjoyed his first outing on the machine.
GBmoto Racing Team Principal, Mark Smith-Halvorsen, said, “The 2016 JG Speedfit Kawasaki livery truly reflects our status as the official Kawasaki team in the UK. We’re really pleased to have JG Speedfit back with us as title sponsors for a second year and have worked hard to ensure their brand is instantly recognisable both on and off track, whilst Kawasaki fans will no doubt be pleased to see more green and black than we’ve run previously.
“We have extended our partnerships with a host of existing sponsors and some new brands too, so we will be looking to promote them well, by making sure we are placing our bikes and riders in front of the TV cameras. The whole look and feel of the team has been revamped for our new campaign and I hope that it attracts people to pay our sponsors back, for their faith and support – without them, we would not be here competing.”
Senior Racing Co-ordinator for Kawasaki Motors UK, Ross Burridge, said, “The JG Speedfit Kawasaki team always take great pride in the appearance of their race machinery, but for the 2016 they’ve really outdone themselves. The new look is fantastic and combined with the new Ninja ZX-10R makes a fantastic looking package. I can’t wait to see it on track in two months.”
