Triumph, Kawasaki and the Isle of Man TT have all received awards for their exceptional stands at Motorcycle Live 2015. Visitors to the UK’s biggest bike show, which took place at the NEC, Birmingham in December last year, voted in their thousands for their favourite displays and experiences at the nine-day event.

The accolade of ‘Best Manufacturer Stand’ went to Triumph with its impressive presentation of 2016 machinery – including five new Bonneville models – plus a number of unique creations and attractions designed to inspire show visitors’ own builds and riding experiences.
Kawasaki received the award for the ‘Best Manufacturer Experience’ for its Lee Bowers Stunt Display feature. The incredibly talented Kawasaki-sponsored freestyle stunt rider showcased his range of skilful tricks in twice-daily performances, wowing visitors of all ages.
Finally, the Isle of Man TT experience was voted as the ‘Best Non-Manufacturer Stand’. The popular area was home to all the leading TT riders throughout the week, with fan meet and greets and signing sessions taking place every day. Visitors also had the chance to watch an on-board lap of the TT Mountain Course on a big screen with live commentary from the racers themselves.
“We’re really pleased that the TT stand has been voted the Best Non-Manufacturer Experience by Motorcycle Live visitors,” said TT Development Officer Sophie Lowney. “In keeping with the ‘live’ element of the show, we put a huge amount of effort into making our stand live and interactive, offering much more than just a display of static machines. The fact that people enjoyed what we had to offer is brilliant news! We’re already looking forward to the 2016 show.”
Over 35 of the world’s leading motorcycle manufacturers and 150 other exhibitors and retailers showcased their latest machinery and two-wheel related wares at Motorcycle Live 2015, with the show being hailed a great success by everyone involved.
