ROOKIES CHALLENGE 2016 - 80 PERCENT BOOKED OUT!

All those amateur motor-racing enthusiasts especially interested in the X-BOW should be thinking about the 2016 season even before the end of 2015. This is because the field for the “ROOKIES CHALLENGE“, which for next year has been expanded from 10 starters to 14, is already 80 percent booked out! The one-make racing series, which sees a competition between absolutely identical 270hp KTM X-BOW models running on Michelin slick tyres together with the “X-BOW BATTLE”, has, for only its second year of operation, completely exceeded expectations.

KTM Sportcar GmbH manager Michael Wölfling is delighted: “Naturally we did reckon that we would get a lot of inquiries after our successful first season. But even we were surprised that more than four months before the first race we are 80 percent booked out. So anyone who wants to take part should be quick to register. I am assuming that there won’t be any places left at all by the end of January – either for competing throughout the season or for single races.”

A reminder: Each of the six race weekends is made up of one free ride on the circuit, two free training sessions, two qualifying sessions and two races. The weekend package costs only 3,990 euros (excluding VAT and without insurance), or 5,990 euros (excluding VAT, but including insurance). The entire season is available for only 21,000 euros (excluding VAT, without insurance) or 33,000 euros (excluding VAT, but including insurance). In Brno and at the Lausitzring the competition will start together with the major X-BOW BATTLE cars, at all other events (Red Bull Ring, Slovakiaring, Pannoniaring and Mugello) there will be even separate racing!
