Join us this Saturday, 27th September, for the annual Mike Ellis Memorial Ride, held in memory of our workshop manager.

We've planned a 45-mile route following some of our favourite Cotswold roads, combining stunning scenery with interesting riding (but nothing too technical). It's completely free and is open to all motorcyclists. Starting from Toddington Station on the Gloucester Warwickshire Railway, we ride to Broadway, then up the legendary Fish Hill and on to Stow-on-the-Wold. Then down to Bourton-on-the-Water ('The Venice of the Cotswolds'). We briefly join the Fosse Way Roman road before diverting off onto the old Tewkesbury Road, then turn off past the Lavender farms of Snowshill, before dropping down to Chipping Campden, through Broad Campden and finishing for a charity BBQ at the Watsonian sidecar factory in Blockley.




The starting point is the station car park of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway at Toddington (near Broadway), post code GL54 5DT. Click here for details.

Please aim to arrive by 9.30am, ready to depart at 10am prompt. The Flag & Whistle cafe is at the entrance and open from 8.30am if you fancy a brew and a bun before setting off.





Our destination is the Cotswold Royal Enfield showroom/Watsonian sidecar factory, where there will be a charity BBQ and assorted entertaining activities, including chances to win a pair of tickets to the final round of British Superbikes at Brands Hatch in October and a pair of tickets to Motorcycle Live at the NEC this November (with free VIP parking). All proceeds go to the Mike Ellis Memorial Fund, raising money for life saving emergency equipment.
