BROC #TICKLE INJURY UPDATE

Team #Suzuki Press Office – March 25.

RCH Racing Soaring Eagle Suzuki’s Broc Tickle suffered an accident in practice at the Toronto AMA/ FIM World Supercross 12th round on Saturday, injuring his T7 vertebrae and has been under the care of St. Michael’s Hospital where Dr. Howard Ginsberg has now performed surgery to repair the damage.

“Broc’s surgery was successful and we are wishing him a speedy and 100% recovery," said RCH Racing team co-owner Carey Hart. "We can’t wait to see him healthy and back racing."

Team co-owner Ricky Carmichael said: “I’m extremely bummed about Broc’s misfortune in Toronto. The most important thing is his health and taking every step to ensure his comfort and recovery. All of us couldn’t be more proud of him and how well he’s been riding. We are looking forward to seeing him get a leg over his bike again soon."

The RCH Racing Soaring Eagle Team added: “On behalf of the entire RCH Racing team, we would like to thank the Asterisk medical team, the doctors and nurses on site, both during transport and upon arrival at St. Michaels. We appreciate their quick response and undivided attention and care for Broc. We would also like to sincerely thank the fans and the industry for their thoughts and prayers.”
