Suzuki has released an updated version of its #GSX-R600 supersport contender, now boasting an all-new white and black livery.
"The Suzuki GSX-R600 has always been a class leader thanks to its powerful combination of race-proven technology and world-class engineering," Suzuki Australia Motorcycles General Manager Perry Morison said.
"Now with the addition of a striking new colour scheme, the 2014 GSX-R600 supersport has more eye-catching looks to complement its outstanding performance."
A proven race winner, the Suzuki GSX-R600 is powered by a compact 599cc, four cylinder, liquid cooled engine, featuring a class-leading power-to-weight ratio and low running weight for enhanced running performance.
Equipped with two performance settings, the refined Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS) offers advanced digital engine management for instantaneous switching between engine maps to suit rider preference or riding conditions.
An innovative slipper clutch helps makes downshifts smoother and more controlled, while the six-speed transmission features finely machined drive ratios for excellent low-to-mid rpm range acceleration performance.
The GSX-R600's race-inspired chassis features inverted Showa Big Piston Forks (BPF), delivering supreme handling performance.
Advanced stopping power is provided by dual radial-mounted, four-piston Brembo monoblock calipers and 310mm dual floating discs, and a single piston rear brake caliper with a 220mm disc.
The 2014 Suzuki GSX-R600 is available for a recommended retail price of $14,990* in Metallic Triton Blue / Pearl Glacier White or Pearl Bracing White / Glass Sparkle Black colour schemes and is backed by Suzuki's two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
