2014 New Model Launch – January 10-12, 2014

CALGARY, AB (October 30, 2013) – The Motorcycle Show – Calgary will take place at the BMO Centre, Stampede Park, January 10-12, 2014. This premiere industry event showcases the new line-up of 2014 makes and models from all the major manufacturers including; motorcycles, scooters and ATVs. The Show runs from noon on Friday, January 10th through to 5:00 Sunday, January 12th.
This is the best opportunity for motorcycle enthusiasts to check out the new makes and models at one convenient location. In addition to all the motorcycles, scooters and ATVS there are numerous exhibitors featuring accessories, touring destinations, clubs and associations as well as the latest in riding gear and apparel.
“The Motorcycle Show – Calgary is a highly anticipated event within the riding community in Southern Alberta, show goers will find all things related to two, three and four wheel riding. To add to the excitement there will be entertainment, information, hands on experiences and action attractions that are sure to be of interest no matter what your skill level or age; there truly is something for everyone at this year’s Show”, says Laurie Paetz, Western Show Manager.
To help celebrate the increasing number of females interested and involved in riding, the Show will play host to SHE RIDES NITE on Friday, January 10th. Ladies receive a discounted admission after 5:00 pm and will be treated to “female friendly” demonstrations, features, education, information and amazing prizes throughout the evening. The evening will cap off with one lucky lady walking away with a Kawasaki 2014 EX 300 valued at $5400.00 sponsored by Canadian Kawasaki and your local Calgary Kawasaki dealers..
If you plan on coming to the Show with young ones in tow the Yamaha Kids Riding Academy is a must stop. Kids between the ages of 6 and 12 can sign up for a session where they will receive instruction on off road riding, followed up by the opportunity to take to the track and practice what they have been taught. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for kids to try out the sport in an indoor, child friendly, supervised environment.

No Show would be complete without the heart pounding, breathtaking, high flying action of a MX Freestyle Show featuring some of Canada’s superstars. To add to the excitement Ernie “EDUB” Vigil and Nick “Apex” Brocha of Team Empire join the Show on the arena floor to wow audiences with stunts that are sure to drop some jaws in amazement and disbelief. Show times will be posted on site.
Be sure to make time to take in the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Club’s exhibit. It showcases a large variety of makes and models of two wheel classics. Many of these motorcycles are over 50 years old and have been collected and restored by their proud and passionate owners and are on display for all to enjoy.
