Reposition the Standard Forward Foot Controls to a Mid-Control Position

The new V-Rod® Mid-Control Kit (part number 50700013) from Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Accessories coverts a V-Rod® Night Rod® Special motorcycle from its Original Equipment forward foot brake and shift controls to mid-controls, and the rider from a laid-back, foot-forward posture to an upright, bent-knee riding position. This kit is ideal for riders with a short inseam and those that prefer a sporty, aggressive riding posture. The kit includes left and right footpeg supports, brake and shift lever assemblies, brake and shift linkages, rear master cylinder, and all required hardware. It fits 2007 and later Night Rod® Special models. Installation requires the separate purchase of model-specific brake lines. Replace Standard Footpegs with These Compact, Supportive Footboards

The new Mini Footboard Kits from Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Accessories replace traditional footpegs on many Harley-Davidson® models to enhance foot support and offer more boot-position options and comfort on long rides. Available in two sizes and in chrome or gloss black finish, Mini Footboards mount to the standard H D® footpeg supports and can be used in many rider, passenger, and highway peg applications. The sole-gripping rubber pads complement Original Equipment or accessory footboards and footpegs, and provide vibration insolation.

Mini Footboard Kits are offered in a small (three-inch) size (part number 50500139 Chrome and part number 50500144 Gloss Black); and in a large (four-inch) size (part number 50500109 Chrome and part number 50500124 Gloss Black). NEW HARLEY-DAVIDSON® ANALOGUE HANDLEBAR CLOCK
A Waterproof, Battery-Powered Time Piece Available in Chrome or Black Finish

The new analogue Handlebar Clock (part number 70900307 Chrome, part number 70900308 Black) from Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Accessories has a 1.75-inch diameter face that is easy to read at a glance. Available in chrome or black finish, the waterproof Handlebar Clock mounts to the clutch lever bracket and is powered by a self-contained, replaceable battery that makes installation a breeze. The kit includes the clutch lever mounting bracket, but the clock may be installed elsewhere on the handlebar with the separate purchase of a 1-inch or 1.25-inch Chrome or Black Handlebar Clock Mount Clamp. The Handlebar Clock fits all Harley Davidson® motorcycle models. Models equipped with a reverse switch or Auxiliary Accessory Switch Housing Kits will require the separate purchase of a Handlebar Clock Mount Clamp.












HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTOR COMPANY REFRESHES KEY LUBRICANT PRODUCTS
Upgraded Formula and New Ergonomic Bottles

Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Accessories has upgraded the formula and packaging of three of its key lubricant products. Screamin’ Eagle® SYN3® Full Synthetic Lubricant and Genuine Harley-Davidson® 360 Motorcycle Oil 20W50 are now blended with a cutting-edge polymer viscosity modifier (VM) to improve cold-temperature flow, maintain fluid thickness better when hot, and reduce viscosity breakdown so the oil remains fresher for a longer period of time. Recommended oil-change intervals remain the same.

The Formula+ Transmission and Primary Chaincase Lubricant is also updated with a new and specific VM that adds thickening efficiency and improves shear stability by more than 30 percent. The new formula provides better film thickness and permits better load carrying capacity and bearing protection in the transmission.

SYN3®, H-D® 360, and Formula+ are now packaged in a new one-litre bottle featuring an ergonomic shape and a spout that pours 30 percent faster with an “anti-glug” design for easier flow control. The bottles have new film-coated labels, a view stripe to show the amount of oil, and are Plastic Identification Code #2, which can be recycled in most locations.
