I just bought a new Zox full face. I wear a small but it seems pretty tight around cheek area. Other than that it feels fine. Is that something I will get used to or will pad kinda conform to my face? Anything I should try to get that padding a little looser?

Thanks for the input.
Sherry :D

When you buy the helmet it should feel tight on your face and it will conform to your head over time.

Anything I can do to speed this process up? Sounds silly but I have very bad allergies and I guess the pads pressing around my nose is bothering me.

Thanks,
Sherry

You might try long rides in the country around where ever it is that you're from. The helmet will conform to your head and you'll get used to wearing the helmet. It might takes a couple of hours.

Try getting some local honey (must be from local bees not store) and take a spoon once a week.

Also the pads in a VOX come out, but then really noisey. This shows pics. I have one and love it, first helmet I ever fount that fits my odd head.

I got a Zox too. I love the helmet, it's an excellent choice for the price.

It was VERY tight when I got it; I could barely get it on. Now, I almost feel like I should've gotten a tighter one - I only got it last year. So I wouldn't suggest trying to speed up the process at all --- especially since it's not as safe if it moves on your head at all.

Just suck it up for now and it'll fit you comfortably soon enough :)

I think it's supposed to be a little tight. Keep in mind that when your moving like let say 50 mph, you don't want your helmet to be loose.
