New V-Star rider from Northern Calif.....

#1 Unread post by mic214 »

Hi all,

I took the MSF course in July and just picked up my first motorcycle today. It is a 2007, Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom. I had a great (But scary) ride home from the dealer, but I made it without dropping the bike or causing a wreck!

I look forward to learning a lot from the folks on this board!

Hey at least you rode your own first bike home when you bought it! Mine is an 1100cc V-Star Classic, and I got a friend of mine to ride it home for me, I was too newb to do it myself. Kudos to you!!
