Fail. Yet another attempt to drag an old, respected name out of the grave only to embarass and denigrate it further than the last umpteen failed attempts at resurrection. Overpriced, no dealer network, limited aftermarket support, built for the limited demographic of old, rich guys who will park it ...

The relay that clicks when you turn the key on is the main relay, there should be another one that clicks whe...

Ok, so... ever since the V-Rod first came out I had visions of a punched out motor lifted from one and shoved into a Road Glide chassis. A full on liquid cooled, powerful road muncher that could give the Gold Wing, BMW, etc a serious run for the money. With draconian EPA and Euro pollution regs lurk...

So I'm sitting in the kitchen eating brekkie, when all of a sudden the sky outside turns purple and the ground starts shaking. Then it starts raining down lollipops and ice cream cones and a unicorn goes flitting past overhead. I check the computer and see this post and suddenly it all makes sense.....

Talked to the tech who did the PDI and shakedown run on it. I could repeat his comments, but I'll post a ride report after I get a chance to demo ride one as this particular unit was presold.totalmotorcycle wrote:Did you get to hear it run? Does it sound pretty much the same or deeper/different?

Saw one in person today at the local dealer. I'll reserve comment until after all the haters have checked in.
