Road fund licence (tax disc) is a yearly charge for having a vehicle on the road. The disc itself atttachs to the frame of the machine so the Police can see that your machine should be on the road. I think statewise you have something similar that goes on your licence plate. I'll scan one tomorrow ...

My primary is an MDS (AGV offshoot) Targa flip front lid. Got to say I love it and will be hardpressed to find a good replacement. I have an FM standard lid as my back up. Thats the big problem with them though, and shotguns loads too. You've got no idea where the rounds will end up... We have a winner!!! Generally Honda's are good, cheap motorbikes and this one sounds pretty sensible for a starter bike. You didnt say how old the one you've lined up is but I am guessing about 10 years. age can make a difference to how easy a bike is to look after. http://www.custombike.org/honda_...
